Richland One Hall of Fame salutes students
The Richland One Hall of Fame was established in 2004 to recognize graduates of Richland One schools and other persons throughout the district’s history who have made significant contributions to Richland One, their professions, their communities and society as a whole.
Along with honoring each year’s induction class, outstanding students representing all of the district’s high schools are recognized during the Hall of Fame Induction Gala. These students are called “Legends in the Making” because they may be inducted into the Hall of Fame themselves one day. The students excel in academics, the arts and athletics, and they give back to the community through volunteer service.
The Legends in the Making who were recognized at the Richland One Hall of Fame Induction Gala on September 17, 2022 were (from left) Hank Overbay, A.C. Flora High School; Ana Maria Creed, Dreher High School; Sam McConnell, Richland One Middle College; Armon Williams, W.J. Keenan High School; Keionna Bates, C.A. Johnson High School; Yanae Williams, Columbia High School; Katlyn Elizabeth Byrd, Lower Richland High School; and Shakari Shanell Jones, Eau Claire High School.
